Guy Stanislas

Guy STANISLAS was called to the bar in 1979 in Geneva.

Former lecturer at the commercial law department of the University of Geneva, he obtained his Doctor of Laws degree in 1977.

Since 1996, he is also a substitute judge at the Geneva Court of Justice and president substitute at the Court of Appeals of the industrial tribunal.

He is the author of many legal publications, essentially in the domain of contract law and banking law.
